As a manager of Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Vimeo accounts and numerous blogs, protocols had to be put into place to ensure all content staff were providing the same service to our audience and maintaining a good online reputation. From privacy and legal statements to response times, conflict resolution tactics and geo-locating, I created a 16-page document that guides a social media team to success.
