While a design may attract your eyes, it is the content that makes you hang around.

Content Strategy
Content strategy encompasses communications and message planning, content management, team building and more. My content strategy plans bridge print, web, social media and mobile communications to create a comprehensive and consist brand message and user experience.

Content Management
By employing technologies and planning, I’ve executed content strategies partially through content management. This means managing and timing content generation from a team of writers, photographers and videographers, as well as managing updates and social media interactions with the content. My content management experience encompasses 15,000 webpages, 20+ websites, 5 blogs, videos, pictures and more.

Content Curation
While relatively new, content creation is a great example of the cross over between my content strategy background and my success in social media. Curating the content that is provided by external audiences is challenging in finding and encouraging the content, but also staying up-to-date.

From planning to protocols and hiring, I’ve built social media strategies and teams that have created and grown audiences.

Social Media Planning
Pairing the right social media with the right event or campaign is key. I’ve created social media plan for year-round reputational campaigns as well as for special events and particular advertising and contests.

Social Media Protocols
As a manager of Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Vimeo accounts and numerous blogs, protocols had to be put into place to ensure all content staff were providing the same service to our audience and maintaining a good online reputation. From privacy and legal statements to response times, conflict resolution tactics and geo-locating, I created a 16-page document that guides a social media team to success.

Social Media Team Building
Can a team that works on Twitter be just as social in an office? For content and social media teams they need to be. I grew a team of two to a team of seven in just a year, addressing questions online, all the time.
